Tiko Fold supporting an iPad horizontallyEver since the Apple iPad was announced, we've been carefully observing the accessories market with respect to folding travel stands.  We have never officially claimed to support the iPad with the Tiko Fold, but it works well enough for us (this photo is from a recent business trip where I was catching up on some back video), and happy customers are sharing the same thoughts.  

We're at 20 reviews and counting on Amazon, the most recent reviews have started to mention the iPad, and someone even tagged the Tiko Fold with "ipad".

The icing on the cake is from this recent clip on Tekzilla, where one of our customers wrote in to share his satisfaction using the Tiko Fold with an iPad (below, in the last segment, starting at 38:08).  All we can say is "Thank You" for the support!

Tiko Products is excited to announce that our first iPhone application, "Simple Timer", will be available shortly on the iTunes App Store.

Geared towards effective presenting, the application provides a high contrast, clear, count-down or count-up timer for speakers, event judges, speech coaches, or others who need to time events.  Landscape mode is perfectly suited for use with the Tiko Fold, allowing a presenter to view their timing cues from a comfortable distance.  Portrait mode is better suited for table top use as a timing reference.  White, yellow and red text color is used as a clear indication of timer progress, with the option to stop timing when the timer has expired.

Simple Timer discretely counts down with no embarrassing beeps, buzzes or vibrations to bring on unwanted attention (or worse, distract from audience members, judges or other presenters).

When published, Simple Timer will be offered free of charge, and in due course more features (and some in-application upgrades) will be available to unlock additional features.

We've been talking to friends about this for a long time, but we finally filmed it.  We drove over a couple of Tiko Folds with a sport utility vehicle.  And they survived.  Those living hinges are proving their strength!

October started off on a high note with a review posted at NotMartha.org.  She took some great photos of the TF001WHT which nicely capture the translucence.  She even mentioned that we may have saved her iPhone from a coffee spill. Glad to be of help!
